For exhibitors the chauffeur is an arithmetic problem. A stand team of four people, five fair days, one journey every morning and every evening plus the appointments in between: that quickly becomes thirty taxi rides, of which at least five will not turn up when you actually need them. A dedicated car for the week costs fewer nerves and often less money.
For guests it is above all a question of impression. If you invite a client from Asia to bauma, the collection at the terminal is the very first point at which they see how you work. A chauffeur with a name sign and a car already waiting say more about your company than the first ten minutes of conversation on the stand.
For each of the major fairs we have a dedicated page with the relevant details: bauma, ISPO, IAA Mobility, electronica, EXPO REAL and BAU. Other formats such as Analytica, Transport Logistic or Automatica we drive in exactly the same way, so simply let us know and we will calculate it for you straight away.
Do book early. In fair weeks our vehicles are allocated weeks in advance, particularly for bauma, which occupies the entire city every three years. For an enquiry we need the fair, the period, the passenger count and whether you would prefer a chauffeur on call or a series of single journeys.
