Three days in which the European property industry works through its annual meetings, often at twenty-minute intervals and at three stands one after another. Anyone who misses an appointment here does not catch it up later, they move it to next year instead.
The transfer is therefore part of your scheduling rather than a matter of comfort. A car standing outside the hall when you come out is the difference between an evening appointment in the city centre and a cancellation. We have known the rhythm of this fair for years.

In the rear you have quiet. At this fair people take calls between two appointments, and what is discussed then is nobody else's business. Your chauffeur says nothing as a matter of course, and on request with a signed non-disclosure agreement. EXPO REAL runs every year in October and is the densest week in the calendar of many of our clients. Three days in which the industry meets, and a diary that has been full for weeks beforehand. What counts here is not the driving time but the availability: the car has to be there when you need it, and not in eight minutes' time.
The evening appointments are the second point. After the fair closes, EXPO REAL moves into the restaurants and bars of the city centre, and taxis in Munich are then as good as unobtainable. Anyone standing at the north entrance at seven in the evening looking for one has already lost the table booked for half past seven.
Discretion at this fair is not an accessory. In the property industry deals get discussed in the rear of a car, between two appointments, with a phone at your ear. Our chauffeurs are prepared for that and sign a non-disclosure agreement in advance on request. In an ordinary taxi you simply do not have that option available.
For an enquiry we need the period, the hotel, the passenger count and whether evening appointments are involved. You then receive a fixed price for the three fair days. Do book early: in October Munich is booked out because of EXPO REAL, and anyone enquiring a week beforehand rarely finds a vehicle.
