Munich is a city of consulates. Around Maximilianstrasse and the Englischer Garten sit missions, residences and houses where meetings take place that appear in no public diary. Anyone moving guests here needs no driver who navigates en route, but one who has long known the way there.
The most frequent request is the multi-day visit. A delegation lands on Friday evening, has three appointments at three separate locations on the Saturday and flies back on Sunday at midday. For that we assign a dedicated vehicle with a dedicated chauffeur who remains available across the entire stay and waits on site between appointments rather than driving up anew.
The second case is the individual state guest or speaker attending a conference in Munich. Here the transitions matter most: from the aircraft into the car, from the car into the building, without waiting at a barrier and without anybody at reception having to make a telephone call first. That is preparation, not improvisation on the day.
For an enquiry the period, the number of guests and the rough route are enough to start with. The details we then discuss by telephone rather than by email. If you have to serve a tender or need a framework agreement, say so straight away and we will structure the offer accordingly for you.
