The airport we serve most often is Munich MUC, around 45 minutes from the city centre, Terminal 1 as readily as Terminal 2. For every one of these we quote a fixed price up front that already includes tolls and waiting time.

The difference between an airport transfer and a taxi ride usually shows itself when something does not go to plan. The flight is two hours late, the luggage fails to arrive, an appointment shifts. With us none of that changes the price and none of it changes the promise: the car is there when you come out.
For business travellers we usually book both directions together. Outbound on Tuesday morning, collection on Thursday evening, one reference number in the assistant's calendar. If the return flight moves, a short message from you is all we need. Rebooking costs nothing at all as long as we know before the scheduled pick-up time.
For groups and families the V-Class with six seats and the Sprinter with twenty are ready. With arrivals carrying plenty of luggage this pays off quickly: two taxis mean two prices, two waiting times and finally the awkward question of who rides with whom and who takes the cases. One vehicle resolves that entirely.
For an enquiry we need the flight number, the date, the pick-up or destination address and the number of passengers travelling. You then receive a fixed price and our vehicle recommendation. Short-notice bookings are usually possible, though during trade fair season and Oktoberfest you should enquire considerably earlier.
