Extremely reliable service! We booked both the outbound and return trip — always punctual, very polite and helpful. They always keep an eye on when the flight lands and pick you up right on arrival. We'll gladly use your service again and again!
Munich Airport lies roughly 40 kilometres north-east of the city, out in the Erdinger Moos. By car that means about 45 minutes, depending on the time of day and the traffic on the A9. The S-Bahn takes noticeably longer, requires a change and ends with your cases in the crowd at Marienplatz.
We serve both terminals, as well as the satellite building and the General Aviation Terminal. You give us the flight number and we handle the rest: the terminal allocation, the departure time with a sensible buffer, and the parking fees, which are already included in your fixed price.
Enjoy hassle-free pickups and drop-offs from your home, hotel or office to any destination of your choice.
We monitor your flight for delays or early arrivals and adjust our pickup time accordingly — so you're never left waiting.
Your chauffeur meets you with a personal name sign and helps you with your luggage to the vehicle.
Whether it's an early morning departure or a late-night arrival, our chauffeurs are available around the clock to serve you.
Choose from a range of high-end sedans, executive vans and coaches — all equipped for comfort, safety and style.
For departures we collect you from the address you give us: your home, your office or your hotel. We set the pick-up time around your flight and always build in a buffer for the A9, because something regularly stands between Fröttmaning and Neufahrn. Your chauffeur brings you right up to the correct terminal and helps with the luggage as far as the entrance itself.
On arrival your chauffeur is in the arrivals hall around twenty minutes after landing, holding a name sign if you wish. We can see from the flight number whether you are running on time and adjust the pick-up without asking you first. Your chauffeur takes charge of your luggage at the meeting point, so you walk the last few metres to the car empty-handed.
From the elegant sedan to the spacious coach — choose the right vehicle for any occasion. Every vehicle is premium-equipped and impeccably maintained.
Thousands of satisfied passengers trust HeyDriver — for airport transfers, business travel and special occasions.

As a management consultant I fly a great deal, so I ride with them almost every week — and I'm extremely satisfied! The cars are always impeccably kept, usually luxury-class limousines like the Mercedes S-Class or the BMW 7 Series.
The entire booking process was handled so professionally and seamlessly. The team was available and responsive even during the early hours. The car was perfect for our enormous luggage and the driver was very helpful. Thank you, team!
We had a four-day trip with our driver. Great service — helpful, punctual, very polite and always friendly. Taken straight to the hotel and reliably picked up again. We really enjoyed the ride. Many thanks for the wonderful trip!
All I can say is WOW. We will not be using any other driver company when we come to Munich, that is for sure!
Fantastic service. Punctual, safe driving, clean and top-notch car. 10/10.
MUC is by some distance the airport we serve most often. Terminal 2 for Lufthansa and the Star Alliance partners, Terminal 1 for the remaining airlines, the MAC in between and the satellite, reachable only via the automated people mover. If you are not certain where your flight departs from, the flight number is all we need.
The most common reason for booking is the early departure. Anyone flying at six would otherwise be up at half past three, scraping the windscreen in the dark, then finding the S-Bahn or parking the car at thirty euros a day. Your chauffeur is at the door at four and you sleep until five. The sums work out more often than people expect.
The second reason is arriving from a long-haul flight. After eleven hours from Singapore nobody wants to look for the S8 and then change at Marienplatz. Your chauffeur takes the case off you, you are seated within five minutes and three quarters of an hour later you are home or at your hotel. Nobody has to make conversation.
For a booking we need the flight number, the date, the address in Munich and the passenger count. You receive a fixed price including parking fees and waiting time, and it does not change afterwards. Up to three people travel in the E-Class or the S-Class, up to six with luggage in the V-Class.
