How long has HeyDriver been operating?
Since 2020. We began with a small fleet in Munich and have concentrated on premium chauffeur service ever since. Our growth has come mainly through recommendations from business clients and hotels rather than through advertising.
How do you select your chauffeurs?
Personally. We look at driving experience, local knowledge and manner, and we train them further. Every chauffeur is reviewed regularly. Whoever drives for us knows Munich from daily practice, not from a satellite navigation system.
Where is HeyDriver based?
Our base is Munich. From here we cover the entire region and handle long distances throughout Germany and into neighbouring countries. Our dispatch team is reachable by phone, including outside office hours.
Which vehicles do you have?
Mercedes E-Class, S-Class and V-Class for individuals and small groups, plus a Sprinter for 20 passengers and a 50-seat coach. That covers everything from a single journey to an appointment through to an entire travel group.
Who do you drive for?
Predominantly business travellers, companies and international guests. Alongside them private clients for weddings, day tours and occasions such as Oktoberfest. The standard is identical for both groups: punctual, discreet, no argument about the price afterwards.
Can I book HeyDriver as a corporate client?
Yes. For companies we set up an account with stored preferences and a monthly consolidated invoice. Assistants then book by phone or email without entering the same details every time. Ask us about a framework agreement.
