- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), e.g. the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
3. Data collected when visiting the website
When you use the website for information purposes only, we collect only the personal data your browser transmits to our server (server log files): IP address, date and time of the request, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, browser and operating system. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in a stable and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Contact and booking requests
When you contact us via the request/booking form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, pick-up and drop-off address, date and time of travel) to handle your request and carry out the transfer. The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. WhatsApp
You can contact us via the "WhatsApp" button. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited. When used, data is transferred to WhatsApp. Please refer to WhatsApp's privacy notice.
6. Fonts and external content
This website currently embeds fonts and icon libraries from external providers. As development continues, these will be served locally to avoid data transfers to third parties.
7. Cookies and tracking (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4)
This website uses Google Tag Manager (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Tag Manager centrally manages and triggers website tags. It does not itself set cookies or collect personal data; it merely ensures that other tags — such as analytics tools — are loaded.
Through Google Tag Manager we integrate Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics uses cookies or comparable technologies that allow an analysis of how you use our website, including pages viewed, time spent, the approximate origin of the visit and the device used. We also use it to record the events booking request, phone click and WhatsApp click, so we can understand which channel enquiries reach us through. The information generated is transferred to and processed on Google's servers, potentially including servers in the USA, on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are only activated once you have given your consent via our cookie consent banner. The legal basis in this case is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TTDSG). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie consent banner or adjust your selection there.
Further information on Google's data processing can be found in Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy .
8. Retention period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.
