The most common reason for this booking is banal and decisive nonetheless: who drives back? At a company party, a gala or a concert nobody wants to be the one who spends the evening sober and then takes everybody home afterwards. A chauffeur solves that one question for the whole group at a stroke and for the entire evening.
The second reason is the ending. At a sold-out concert in the Olympiahalle twelve thousand people walk out all at once. Getting a taxi in that situation is a matter of luck, and the app then shows you forty minutes of waiting at double the fare. Your chauffeur is already standing there, at the price that was fixed beforehand.
For companies the matter of impression is added. If you invite clients to a match or into a box, the journey home is the last impression of the evening. A car that stands waiting says more than the seat itself did. With several guests everybody travels together rather than splitting across three separate taxis outside the stadium.
For an enquiry we need the event, the location, the date, the time and the passenger count. You then receive a fixed price in which the waiting time and the parking fees are already included, even when the evening runs later than planned. We charge no night surcharges, and least of all at events.
