Munich to Berlin BER Airport Transfer

Six hours on the A9

Munich to Berlin, straight through by car

Roughly 590 kilometres, about six hours, almost entirely along the A9. It is the simplest of our long-distance routes: one single motorway, no interchange at which you could turn off in the wrong direction, and a course that has not changed in years. Predictable is what this route is above all else.

Berlin Brandenburg Airport sits in the south of the city, and that is an advantage for you: the car reaches it via the Berliner Ring without touching the city centre at all. Addresses in Mitte, Charlottenburg, Kreuzberg or out in Potsdam we serve just as readily.

BER and the city centre

Chauffeur from Munich to Berlin

The A9 is above all a working route. Six hours without changes, without announcements and without seat neighbours are for many of our clients more productive than an ordinary day in the office. In the rear of the E-Class and the S-Class you have power sockets, a table and quiet. Only your chauffeur hears your calls, and on request he signs a non-disclosure agreement beforehand.

Between Nuremberg and Leipzig there are long stretches without a speed limit, but equally regular roadworks around Ingolstadt and near Halle. We factor both of those into the pick-up time from the outset. If you are flying onwards from BER we need the flight number, and we then plan with a comfortable buffer for check-in and security.

Our Fleet

From the elegant sedan to the spacious coach — choose the right vehicle for any occasion. Every vehicle is premium-equipped and impeccably maintained.

As a management consultant I fly a great deal, so I ride with them almost every week — and I'm extremely satisfied! The cars are always impeccably kept, usually luxury-class limousines like the Mercedes S-Class or the BMW 7 Series.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the drive from Munich to Berlin take?
Around six hours for roughly 590 kilometres, almost entirely along the A9. Roadworks around Ingolstadt and near Halle we factor into the pick-up time. It makes no difference to your fixed price.
Is it worth it against the flight to BER?
The flight takes seventy minutes, but from door to door, with the approach, security and the journey from BER into the city, it is closer to four and a half hours. The gap to the drive is therefore smaller than it first appears, and you can work throughout.
Do you serve BER directly?
Yes. BER sits in the south of Berlin and is reachable via the Berliner Ring without our having to cross the city centre. Addresses in Mitte, Charlottenburg, Kreuzberg or Potsdam we serve just as readily.
Can I work during the journey?
Yes, and it is the most common reason for this booking. In the rear you have power sockets, a table and quiet. Six hours without announcements and without seat neighbours are for many more productive than a day at the office.
Do you drive to Berlin at night?
Yes, without a surcharge. For morning appointments the overnight drive is often the better choice: you sleep in the rear rather than getting up at four, and you save the hotel. Your chauffeur takes breaks without waking you.
What does the transfer to Berlin cost?
The price is fixed before you book and depends on vehicle and addresses. Tolls, breaks and waiting time are included, and there are no night or weekend surcharges. Give us the start, destination, date and passenger count.
Munich to BER

Munich to Berlin at a fixed price

Munich to Berlin is the route on which the arithmetic surprises people most often. The flight takes seventy minutes. Added to it are the drive out to MUC, security, boarding, then BER itself, the baggage belt and the journey into the city, which from the south takes a proper while. Realistically you land at four to four and a half hours from door to door.

Six hours in the car are therefore not six against one, but six against four and a half. For that hour and a half of difference you receive a continuous working surface, no security check, no change and the certainty that nothing will be cancelled. Many of our business clients decide on precisely that basis.

The second case is the morning appointment. Anyone who must be in Mitte by nine would otherwise take the half past six flight and get up at four. We drive the night before instead, you sleep in the rear, and at eight you are standing outside rested. We charge no night surcharge for that.

For an enquiry we need the starting address, the destination in Berlin, the date, the time and the passenger count, plus the flight number if you are flying. You receive a fixed price including tolls, breaks and waiting time. Up to three people travel in the E-Class or the S-Class, up to six with luggage in the V-Class.
