Arriving at the General Aviation Terminal shortens the walk to a few metres.
For departures the sequence simply runs in reverse. We collect you, bring you to the correct terminal and accompany you as far as check-in or straight into the lounge. Your luggage we handle until it is checked in. If you fly out of the VIP terminal, we coordinate access with the airport beforehand so nobody has to ask questions at the barrier.

The VIP airport service is booked above all by companies expecting visitors. A client lands from Asia after eleven hours in the air, an investor arrives for an afternoon meeting, a delegation flies in for a trade fair. In all three cases the first quarter of an hour decides how the rest of the day will run.
The second use case is the frequent traveller. Anyone who flies often knows the difference between landing and having arrived. Instead of reading signage and waiting for cases, you walk alongside somebody who knows the way and are seated in the car twenty minutes later. The time saved is real enough, but it is not really the point of it.
We work with both the VIP terminal and the General Aviation Terminal in Munich and agree the entire sequence in advance. If you arrive on a scheduled flight, we meet you at the gate or in the arrivals hall, depending on what your airline permits. What is possible in your particular case we clarify before you book.
For an enquiry we need the flight number, the date and the number of guests travelling. We then check which sequence is workable for your particular flight and quote you a price. Short-notice enquiries are certainly possible, though with a few days of lead time considerably more can be arranged at the terminal itself.
