The car stays with you for the whole fair week, and with the same driver, who knows your hotel, your entrance and your habits after two days at the most. For larger stand teams we deploy the Sprinter, so twenty people travel together rather than in five taxis of which two will not arrive at eight in the morning.
For guests and delegations the airport transfer is added. We collect at the terminal, with a name sign and flight tracking, and drive straight to the grounds or to the hotel. With international visitors the VIP service from the terminal is worth adding, particularly when the group is meant to go directly to the stand after a long-haul flight.

bauma takes place every three years, and that shapes the preparation entirely. Anyone enquiring only four weeks beforehand will find hardly a vehicle left in Munich, neither with us nor anywhere else. The large exhibitors book their cars a year in advance. That is not a sales tactic, it is simply the state of the market during that week.
The distance is the second issue. Because Munich is full, your hotel may well be in Erding, Freising or Augsburg. From Augsburg that means an hour every morning and an hour every evening, for five days. With a dedicated chauffeur that is working or resting time, whereas on the regional train it is time lost entirely.
The grounds themselves are enormous, and the right entrance makes a difference of twenty minutes on foot. Our chauffeurs have driven bauma for years and know which approach works in the morning and where everything stands still in the evening. Give us your hall number and we will drive to the entrance that matches it.
For an enquiry we need the period, the hotel, the passenger count, your hall number and whether guests need collecting from the airport. You then receive a fixed price for the fair days, with waiting time and parking fees included. Enquire as early as you possibly can, ideally as soon as your stand space is confirmed.
