electronica is the world's leading electronics fair and runs in Munich every two years in November. The audience is international and technical: buyers, developers, engineers, many of them from Asia. For most of them Munich is a city they see for four days once every two years and not otherwise at all.
That is exactly why the transfer counts for more here than elsewhere. A guest standing at the terminal after eleven hours in the air who sees a name sign arrives on your stand differently from one who has had to find the U6. We take on the route from the gate to the hall.

For international delegations the airport transfer is added, often for several people at once. We track the flights, collect with a name sign and drive the whole group together in the Sprinter or in the V-Class. With VIP service from the terminal on request as well, which guests regularly add on after a long-haul flight into Munich.

November makes this fair a case of its own. Munich is grey then, wet and dark from half past four, and international guests here for the first time see nothing of the city but the route between hotel and hall. If that one route runs smoothly, what stays in the memory afterwards is the fair itself rather than the rain.
For exhibitors the sequence of appointments matters most of all. electronica is a trade fair with meetings arranged well in advance, frequently at half-hourly intervals. Anyone who orders a taxi in between and then waits ten minutes loses the next appointment entirely. A car already waiting outside the hall solves that without any discussion.
For guests what matters is the welcome. A delegation from Shenzhen or Taipei landing at six in the morning has a long day behind them before your day even begins. A chauffeur at the gate, the luggage taken care of, straight on to the hotel or to the stand: that is the one part of the visit you can control entirely yourself.
For an enquiry we need the period, the hotel, the passenger count, your hall number and the flight details of your guests. You then receive a fixed price from us for the entire fair days. electronica runs only every two years, so book early, ideally as soon as your stand space is confirmed.
