A transfer runs exactly once from A to B. A shuttle runs the same route again and again, at fixed intervals or on call, for as long as your event happens to last. That is a fundamentally different job, and it is therefore calculated differently: by hours and vehicles rather than by kilometres driven.

Two variants are usual. With a fixed interval the shuttle runs every twenty or thirty minutes, regardless of how many guests actually board it. That is predictable and pleasant for guests, because they never have to ask. On call the bus stands ready and leaves when enough people are there or when you say so. That is cheaper but requires somebody on site who keeps deciding.
At larger events we combine both of these variants and deploy several vehicles at once: Sprinters for twenty people, the coach for anything above that. If you wish, one of our own team members coordinates the whole operation on site and stays in constant contact with the drivers, so that you can look after your guests rather than the timetable.

The most common occasion is the corporate event. Two hundred guests need to get from the hotel to the venue and back again at night, and nobody should be standing in a car park waiting for a taxi that never comes. The shuttle solves that by simply running: there, back, there, back, until the last guest has gone.
The second occasion is the trade fair. During bauma, ISPO or electronica taxis in Munich are scarce and correspondingly expensive, and the U-Bahn out to Messe Riem at peak time is not a particularly good place for clients in suits. A dedicated shuttle between hotel and exhibition grounds is often cheaper for exhibitors than the individual journeys.
The third occasion is weddings. Church, venue, hotel: three locations, a hundred guests, and after the reception nobody wants to drive. A shuttle running at a fixed interval solves that across the whole evening, including for the guests who are still not leaving at two. The last bus of the night runs precisely when you say it runs.
For a quote we need the locations, the number of guests, the period and the question of whether you prefer a fixed interval or on call. We then suggest the vehicles and the frequency and quote you a fixed price for the entire period. Waiting time is included and there are no night surcharges.
