The works service links two or more of your sites across the day, to a fixed timetable. The shift shuttle runs at exactly those hours when public transport does not: at night, very early in the morning, or at weekends.
All three of these models run to a fixed plan and with the same drivers, who know your route, your times and your people. Invoicing happens once a month by consolidated invoice rather than per individual journey. If your shift plan happens to change, we adjust the times accordingly, and a message a few days beforehand is all that takes.

The most frequent trigger is the connection. A site in the Munich region is twenty minutes away by car and seventy by bus and train, with a change. For staff without a car of their own that is an exclusion criterion, and in the current labour market you notice it with every job advertisement. A shuttle from the station solves exactly that.
The second trigger is shift times. When the early shift begins at five and the late shift ends at eleven at night, the best public transport link in the world helps nothing, because it is not running then. We drive at exactly those hours, without a night surcharge, because on a fixed contract there is no reason to charge for the clock.
The third trigger is the works service between sites. When people commute between two addresses all day long, a fixed shuttle is cheaper and more reliable than taxis or pool cars that nobody looks after. And nobody in your accounts department has to check any travel expense claims any more.
For a quote we need the route, the times, the passenger count and the period you have in mind. You then receive a fixed monthly price in which the vehicle, the driver, the fuel and the maintenance are already included. Contracts with us run from three months upwards, and shorter periods we review on request.
